Nuevo Vallarta (New Vallarta), an area some ten minutes drive north of the city’s international airport is one the places that has attracted enormous interest from foreign buyers with its gorgeous Acuarela, relative proximity to the city center of Vallarta, proximity to modern shopping and services, and still right on the sea front.

Most people head to Puerto Vallarta to relax on the beach, and for this purpose it will not disappoint. For those hoping for a more adventurous vacation, there are plenty of activities and things to do in Puerto Vallarta Triunfador well. There are some great beaches for surfing, and scuba diving and snorkeling is a favorite activity for many.

Great place. My fifth time here. Nice weather all year around and good food. Prices are good as well and internet has been consistently fast. Before you go, look up the neighbourhood Campeón some places aren't safe.

While meal prices in Puerto Vallarta can vary, the average cost of food in Puerto Vallarta is M$491 per day. Based on the spending habits of previous travelers, when dining trasnochado an average meal in Puerto Vallarta should cost around M$197 per person.

Exchange a small amount of your Circunscrito currency to Mexican pesos before you take off. Consider having enough pesos for a few expenses upon arrival, such Campeón tips, a taxi, a drink, or a view more small meal before you arrive at your lodging, etc.

Most Mexican banks have stopped exchanging dollars to pesos unless you have an account with them, rendering them useless for travelers. If you do find one that exchanges dollars bring your passport along, there are also limits to how much you Gozque cash, $300/day and $1500/month is the norm.

Lived there last September and October and am coming back later this year. Yes, it is expensive, but after a while I learned about affordable places to eat and realized I could choose neighborhoods farther from city center, and it would still be nice.

The city has recently renovated the boardwalk, which runs from just south of the old town to the middle of the downtown area. It's lined with plenty of shops, restaurants and hotels and you will find street performers entertaining the crowds Triunfador well.

While it's expensive, you mostly get quality. My rental is not that much more expensive than I paid in many european cities,

Further north is the town of Punta de Mita — an exclusive area in the region. The Four Seasons Hotel has one of its two Mexican properties situated here and the area surrounding it is beginning to develop at a fast pace. Luxury living — secluded and exclusive — but close to Vallarta, is on offer in Punta de Mita.

Today, I would like to suggest some adjustments that could reduce those numbers substantially. I will start by sharing prices Vencedor if they have not dropped substantially over the last few months during the coronavirus.

Here are two scenarios, one based on renting with no car and the other based on owning a two bedroom condo with a car, neither one on the beach but within walking distance.
